Refund and Return Policy

At Car Radio Music, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and services. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations may apply.


1. Product Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective on arrival).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


2. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, any return shipping costs (when applicable) may be deducted from your refund amount.


3. Service Fees (Third-Party Disclaimer)

  • Fees paid to Car Radio Music for support, setup, or assistance services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • Our fees are separate from and in addition to any charges billed directly by the original service provider (e.g., SiriusXM or other companies). We do not provide refunds for third-party provider charges.


4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at contact@carradiomusic.com within 7 days of delivery.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Service-related orders may be canceled before service delivery begins. Once service has started, cancellation is not possible.
